Another Monday...

Well, here we are. Another Monday down! This time though, it is not another 9 hours day sitting in my office. Gatlinburg, TN is the place to be tonight! We are sitting in our hotel room getting ready to head out for dinner and I thought I would post something before we go out. I do not have my pictures uploaded to picasa yet but they will possibly be there tomorrow while I still have internet to use.


We went to Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum. It is somewhat impressive though I was really expecting much more for my $14.99 per person. It turns out their building burned down in I believe 1992? They rebuilt by 1995. A good portion of their stuff was lost. In my opinion they need to hurry up and find some more....I was not really impressed. However, we did go Hillbilly golfing! It was a blast! They take you up a the side of a mountain on a "railcar" (as I would call it) and drop you off at the top. You play miniature golf until you're about half way back down the hill and then they send the car back up to get you to bring you down. It was really fun! I do not know if we spoke with the owner, or if he just worked there, but we got a bit of history and info about it. It has been there for 37 years and was the first miniature golf in Gatlinburg. He said it was either build a miniature golf course or cabins. :P

Well, time to head out. Back to KY after today.
