I was joking with a friend today that Google will soon have their own OS. It really would not suprise me. When Windows cannot run what Google wants it to run...what are they going to do? I guess Google is not one to simply move on. They seem to create what is best for them...and often times what is best for the whole. I like Google because they (seem) to be in the business to enhance the online experience of everyone who uses their products...and even those who do not. We were going over multiple products that Google could market. I am curious why they do not sell Google clothes? It seems like that line, as long as it is quality made, would be fairly popular among the nerds of the world. I know I would buy a Google shirt. There were a few other ideas tossed around...but those are not appropriate for my blog. ;)
Here is the link to download Chrome if you haven't already:
Check it out. if you do not like it, you do not have to use it. It uninstalls easily and, from the looks of it, completely. I was very impressed that they did not install a bunch of other Google stuff. I was excited about that...there were not a bunch of options to keep Google Desktop and all their other software from installing. Perfect!
Anyhow...that is my take on Chrome so far. Easy install, easy to use, excellent tabs, easy to get rid of if you do not like it.
That should be it for tonight!
Goodnight from Northern Michigan!
